The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports has embarked on rolling out the Teacher Effectiveness and Learner Achievement to private institutions.
In Kagadi, private primary, secondary and Certificate awarding institutions received a free licensed TELA Application, which will be installed on the smartphones procured by private proprietors of private institutions in Kagadi.
According to the District Inspector of Schools Kagadi Omukwenda Alinda Julius Tela is not only for government schools. He said that all education institutions are supervised by the government and must therefore embrace or government programs.
