The Ministry of Education and Sports Directorate of Education Standards has trained 292 headteachers, deputies and ICT teachers from government aided primary and secondary schools on how to implement the Teacher Effectiveness and Learner Achievement (TELA).
The event took place on 4th July, 2023 at Kagadi Primary School in Kagadi, Western Uganda.
The Tela system is operated on the mobile devices with an android operating system ensures teachers are monitored right from their arrivals at school.
